Dissected Mountain

12”x24” this ones has had a journey, the initial layer of resin did not set so it had to be removed which is not a fun thing to do let me tell you. The first painted layer had been super precise so when it got mucked up it too. A new direction …

Paintings ive got paintings …

Playing with these linear multilayered pieces. Each color is on a different layer. Both pieces 12”x24” looking down in a street scene these are the layers on the surface and below the wires the pipes the cables. These are very slow moving pieces with each layer needing 24 hours to set prior to adding a new color. Coming soon maps of actual locations, working on creating a visual collection of the places I have lived in this style.

Thank you Confluence Gallery!!!

Sharing two pieces from a big box of smaller works which have just been sent out to The Confluence Gallery Shop. Excited to have them hosting and selling works since the end of last year and happy to clear some space and hopefully regime some art permanently! If you are heading through Twisp or eastern Washington in general please go check out what they have on offer!!!

Through the Trees to the Mountains comes to South Lake Union

A big Thank you to Shunpike Storefronts for the opportunity to show my installation Through the Trees to the Mountains, presently located on John St (at Boren) South Lake Union, Seattle. It will be there through January 2021 so I hope you get a chance to see it. More photos to come when I can get over there at dusk for least glare!
